Researchers are finally looking at a key problem in ME/CFS - the inability to 'exercise' without relapsing

Researchers are finally starting to look at what is probably the key problem in CFS - an inability to 'exercise' without relapsing.

Following the publication of a Pacific Fatigue Lab paper which suggested that a reduced ability to produce energy following exercise might be at the core of the post-exertional relapse (PER) problems in CFS researchers have begun to focus more on exercise and stress testing.
