The Yerkes National Primate Research Center:
Xenotropic murine leukemia virus-related virus (XMRV) was first discovered in 2006 in human patients who had prostate cancer or chronic fatigue syndrome.
Not much is known about XMRV, but Yerkes researchers are working to change that.
Starting with establishing a nonhuman primate model for the virus, Yerkes researchers are working to delineate viral kinetics, immune responses and, ultimately, the pathogenesis of this newly identified virus.
Yerkes Investigators Studying XMRV:

This is a great article but hate that they left out black licorice/Glycyrrhizin. This is suppose to be a very potent antiviral and anti inflammitory. My doctor injected me with this and I had excellent results. Now I put pieces of the root in my hot tea and steep it for about 10 minutes. Here is some more info on it. http://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/natural-medicine/herbal-remedies/licorice-herbal-remedies.htm
