Ean Procter and ME ...

Some say that Ean was thrown into the swimming pool to drown his disease or his false illness beliefs for that matter. But as he couldn’t move they had to jump into the water and rescue him.

Others say that he was just having Hydrotherapy and that Ean was at no danger whatsoever at any stage.

All we know is that 001/7, our master blaster of espionage with ME, has just mailed ME a picture of the new State of the Art Attack Hydrotherapy room at the Magic CBT Kingdom and as you can see, it is a very safe place indeed ……….

  1. Nice one Dr Speedy!

What they did to that poor lad makes me want to cry, it was torture. He was also (allegedly) left lying in his own urine to 'encourage' him to walk to the toilet - even tho' he couldn't walk.

Nothings changed in 20 years, M.E. patients are still being forcibly admitted to mental wards even tho' M.E. is a neurological illness, not a mental one.Parents are still being threatened with having their sick children with M.E. taken away if they don't agree to them participating in harmful CBT & GET.

  2. Hi there,

The awful treatment Ean faced happened several years ago. I'm curious as to whether anyone knows what became of him since he was returned to his parents cos' I can't find any information as to what happened in the aftermath? Did he recover from his ordeal? Did he ever recover from his illness? Was he able to access any proper treatment for his symptoms (either through the NHS or privately) afterwards? I'd really like to know.

  3. Good on you Dr Speedy.

Yes this happened some time ago, but look at Sophia Mirza and suddenly we all know it is still happening right now.

These sort of silly psychiatrists should go back in their cages and the key should be thrown away ....

  4. I met a relative of Ean's at a London ME day demo about 2 years ago.

She tells me that he has recovered and gone on to get married.

I was very happy to hear this.

  5. That's excellent news! After going through such a nasty ordeal in his childhood it's nice to know at least his story has a happy ending.

Now for the next problem; the fact that this sort of thing still goes on and many in the medical profession didn't learn a thing from it! God help us all!
