Common Denominators in chronic illnesses at the 2011 Physician’s Round Table

The 2011 Physician’s Round Table at Hilton’s Double Tree Virginia Beach, Virginia

The theme is Common Denominators, a Physician’s Round Table initiative to explore the association between infections and chronic illnesses, using common denominators. This year’s conference is a well-balanced gathering of experts in their fields that work with and research well known common denominators that are observed in chronic illnesses – such as CFS, MS, ALS, FM, etc.

7:30am – 8:30am Dr. Judy Mikovits Human MLV-Related Viruses (HMRV) in Neuroimmune Disease and Cancer

(Dr. Mikovits, Director of Research at Whittemore Peterson Institute, spent more than 20 years at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick MD during which time she received her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, investigating mechanisms by which retroviruses dysregulate the delicate balance of cytokines in the immune response.
