Those who throw accusations of malingering at people with neurological illnesses should be thrown to alligators!
I have a question. What if, in complying with subsection (a), said alligator renders one incompetent and/or incapable of complying with subsection (b)?Would they throw the alligator out in that instance? I'm just wondering.
